The Mystical Baker
My love for baking started when I was very young. I spent a lot of time with my grandparents who were always in the kitchen cooking and I loved to assist. I became a natural at baking and creating (desserts). I took a chocolate course at The Culinary Institute of America. I furthered my education with a course from Penn Foster School for Catering and then became a member of IAPO International Association of Professional Cake Decorators. I worked at the Baker Boys Bake Shop in Ocean Grove New Jersey learning many additional skills and at Flour Patch Bakery where I received excellent training in perfecting tiered cakes, applying flawless buttercream, and proper doweling. I created and baked the complete (dessert) menu for a wonderful restaurant, The Havana Café.
My love of meditation and all that is mystical guided me to create mystical cakes. My purpose is to inspire and uplift people who enjoy these beautiful cakes. I ask the Divine to infuse each cake with Holy Light and my love is felt in each cake.
